Shipping Policies
BenFranklin.com Shipping Policy
BenFranklin.com currently only offers shipping to street addresses and PO boxes in the contiguous United States -excluding Alaska and Hawaii.
Shipping Carriers
- BenFranklin.com partners with UPS, UPS Mail Innovations, and the United States Postal Service(USPS) to ship your packages.
- Select items will ship directly to you from the manufacturer.
Shipping Charges
- Ben's Club members receive FREE SHIPPING on every order weighing less than 15 pounds. If the order is 15 pounds or more, standard shipping rates apply.
- Non-Ben's Club customers will receive FREE SHIPPING on orders totaling $50 or more and weighing less than 15 pounds. If the total order is $50 or more, and the combined order is not over 15 pounds, the shipping charge is $0.
- We pass along competitive shipping prices from our shipping partners. Shipping charges are calculated automatically on "per item" or "per pound" basis and will appear in your shopping cart.
- Some items may require special handling charges due to size or weight.

Our estimated delivery date for your order is based on how quickly we can obtain and ship your items and your shipping address.

- Orders are processed in 3-4 days. Orders placed before 12 NOON (EST) on business days will begin processing the same day pending availability and credit card authorization. Orders placed after 12 NOON(EST) will be processed on the following business day.
- We do not process orders on weekends or holidays. Please allow for an additional day for orders placed on weekends, holidays or after 12 NOON(EST).
- Shipping time varies by category and depends shipping address.
- Items on back order may increase delivery time.
- To request Expedited shipping on processed orders please email shipping@benfranklin.com (Please note: Processing time cannot be expedited.)
Restrictions
- Items too big for PO Boxes must be shipped to a street address.
- Orders over $700 require a signature.
