BenFranklin.com Return Policy

Return Timetable

  • BenFranklin.com accepts returns on unused merchandise post marked no later than 30 days from the order ship date.
  • Ben’s Club members have 45 days from the order ship date to return items

Return process

  • In the event a return is the result of BenFranklin.com error, manufacturer defect, or damage please email us at service@benfranklin.com and we will issue you a call tag to pick up the item.
  • Pack return using the original BenFranklin.com packing materials.
  • Include packing slip. Please indicate the reason for the return on the packing slip.
  • Send returns/exchanges via Insured Carrier (UPS or FedEx only) to:

  • You will receive an email confirming receipt of your return.

Exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item according to our returns timetable and process. Then place a new order for the item you would like.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be credited to the original purchasing credit card.
  • Refunds include the entire purchase price of the item/s including tax where applicable.
  • You will receive an email notice when your item has been received and your account credited.
  • All shipping charges are non-refundable. Shipping charges will only be refunded when the return is a result of BenFranklin.com error, manufacturer defect, or damage. The driver must note any damages upon delivery. Contacting the carrier for an inspection and processing any paperwork is our responsibility.

Non-returnable items

  • Product not in the original manufacturer’s packaging
  • Product missing a serial number or UPC code
  • Gift cards
